A big win I had was when a client was unsure on whether to hire me for his luxury property sale or to hire a friend. His friend believed the property would sell for one price, and I believed it would sell at a higher price, based on my in depth analysis of the market and neighborhood. I did win that listing, and I was able to negotiate a price higher than we originally aimed for. The icing on the cake was that I was able to secure the sale at a value significantly higher than list price, even though only one offer was presented.


I have a unique talent which takes place in our first sit down meeting. At the meeting we will review exactly what you have envisioned for your future property, and discuss your specific goals. Once that vision is understood, the search will be streamlined and we will locate your dream home. I have had great success at connecting listings or finding off market opportunities for our clients

I have learned over time that for every situation we can focus on the negative or on the positive, we can stress out or give it to the universe. No matter what the focus is- if we stress out or not- the same result will happen… So why stress on the matter? Born on the east coast, I have had first hand experience of multiple long distance relocations. I have lived in dozens of cities along the California coast, and now reside in Ventura County with my partner and three children.


Working as a team has brought positive results for our clients. Not only do we have multiple agents who can work on your schedule, we also put our heads together to solve any issues that might arise. The team has a large footprint, and this allows us to see what trends are happening in specific cities, neighborhoods, and also county and state wide. The average agent sells 4 homes per year, while our team sells on average 4 homes per month. We have firsthand knowledge of the terms buyers and sellers are expecting to see in contracts and in presentation of our listings.
